We design wheels and moulds with the use of CAD / CAM and we manufacture the necessary equipment in our workshop for the production of new models.

Thanks to the close collaboration with the technical departments of our customers, we have created some types of fasteners that have made it possible to optimize the subsequent assembly of the wheels in the assembly line. In fact, some wheels are simply assembled by pushing them directly into the machine fairing.

We have created wheels with a crown gear inside to give traction to the lawnmowers. We have also created wheels that adapt particularly to the shape and color of the machine on which they are to be housed and wheels that have the possibility of braking to guarantee the parking of the trolley.

We have also produced many personalized covers with the logo or name of our clients.
