PATH OF A WHEEL
Inside our factory, located in the municipality of Lastra a Signa, in the province of Florence, the most interesting thermoplastic wheels on the market are made.
Let’s see how they are produced:
Starting from a 3D CAD system we make a technical drawing and we create a prototype.

In the molding department we produce wheels and rubber rings with a weight of just a few grams up to around 10 kg thanks to the use of standard and rotary multi-station injection molding machines, with a clamping force of 50 to 550 tons.
